The story about Jack Neo's sex scandal spreads like wildfire, it is now the talk of the town and many people now start to look at him from a different light. His reputation, his career, and his ties with his family, is all going downhill. The one question that remains, is it all really necessary?
Personally, I think that the public should just give Jack Neo a chance to mend his ways and start afresh, after all, it is human to err. As long as you have the right mind, and is willing to change, you can turn over a new leaf. Before you start criticizing Jack Neo for being so unloyal to his wife and children, which I agree is very bad and supposedly unforgivable, please stop to think, are you really unlike him, have you ever did something wrong too? Just because he is famous and a public figure does not mean that he should be perfect. Just like us, Jack Neo is human.
Just because the newspaper reported that he did such a thing does not mean that he is to be condemned by the public or what so ever. There are also other men like that out there doing this sort of thing, the only difference is that there is no paparazzi to follow them everywhere they go and track their movements. Does that mean that they are an exception?
The only reason why we get to find out about what things public figures are doing is because newspaper reporters are intruding into their privacy. Just because they are public figures does not mean that we have the privilege of invading their privacy and give comments on what they are doing. Imagine a group of people watching every move you do, reporting whatever mistakes they spot you doing. How would you feel?
